We are so excited to be in Summerville and everything that comes with it! Summerville is where charm and southern hospitality blend gracefully with the modern and progressive. Submerged in the natural beauty of lush pines, Spanish moss, and blooming azaleas.
Our residents love the Southern charm of their city, flourishing with businesses and iconic sites, you can enjoy the best workplaces and after-work activities close to home.
Southern Charm: As this coastal community progresses and flourishes, the most alluring aspect of the area is it’s deeply rooted southern culture. Eva’s Restaurant is the prime example of Summerville’s magic. Located a straight shot down 17A from the community off Main St. Eva’s has been Summerville’s spot for comfort food since 1944. This well known meat & three is open daily serving up southern specials! This no frills, no fuss restaurant focuses on what matters most, hospitality and food that will make you melt. Dare we say it is better than Grandma’s cooking and our leasing teams favorite lunch stop! It is not unusual for strangers to welcome you like kin and the service is unbeatable.
Tradition: Speaking of tradition, we are approaching the most wonderful time of year! When Christmas Trees on the Square starts. This mesmerizing attraction is by 207 S Cedar Street any time between December 1-15 to check out the display of trees and vote for your favorite. Christmas trees are created by Civic Groups, Schools, Businesses, and Individuals. All are invited to check out the creativity displayed in the heart of Summerville. Remember to vote for your favorite tree because voting closes December 8th! Proceeds from Christmas on the Square will support JSL of Summerville’s School Supply Fund for Dorchester School Districts 2 & 4.
So come get away from it all, relax, and see why we call Summer Wind your place to be!
